✅ DO:
* Be kind and compassionate—even when opinions differ

* Share personal stories, advice, and encouragement

* Respect privacy: Only share your own medical info

* Use trigger warnings if discussing loss, trauma, or intense experiences

* Report any behavior that feels unsafe or disrespectful

❌ DON’T:
* Post hateful, discriminatory, or political content

* Share false medical information or give advice without context

* Promote products, MLMs, or “cures” (they will be removed)

* Spam, troll, or post graphic imagery
